Turn off volume lowering during notification

How do I turn off volume auto-lowering during notification?

I am able to recognize notification while listening to the music with no suck kind of help. And I don't want to silent notifications in the same time.

One of the most annoying features for me.... I remember it appeared in some Android version and I was really disappointed by it. Now I see they borrowed it from iOS 😀

I have my phone (14 pro max) connected to a blue tooth speaker in my office. It isn't even attached to headphones, and the speaker isn't loud, but the volume on my phone has to be up for it to work. I assume there is no way to change it and everyone happy with this behaviour?
