How to upgrade from OS Yosemite to High Sierra?

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011) and currently it's running OS 10.10.5 (Yosemite). I always thought this is the latest OS for my laptop but now I am reading that it is High Sierra. How can I upgrade / update? Is there a link? Thank you
