I dropped my 2021 macbook pro m1-pro charger brick from around 1,5 meters into solid stone floor. (It was loud) The connector sticks got bent but the charger still charges my laptop. Can it damage my laptop or can it fail over time?

Typically you can straighten those prongs back to straight.
I see no issue if it is working as expected.
