Apple AirPods Pro Crackling Sound issue, Manufacturing Date-Sept-2020

My AirPods Pro(SrNo-GX*******C6L) is having Crackling Sound issues which were manufactured in September-2020, Purchasing date-25.12.2020.

Maple Digital,Khar Linking Road,Mumbai-400052 is denying without giving any reason to repair/replace for above manufacturing defect(Maple WO-KHAR20230116047) freely even after Global notification of Apple Servicing Program for AirPods pro Sound Issue.

Pl help, What is the Way ahead?

Getting a New Pair:

Get an answer from Apple --that is a Third-Party. They have no say in what Apple will or will not replace.

I. Troubleshooting Static AirPod Pros:

A. Interference:

This is likely an error with interference. So, start here: If your AirPods Pro make crackling or static sounds - Apple Support

B. If Used in a Closed Space:

Does it sound muffled? If you are using these in a closed room, then echos can come about

It has been confirmed after Diagnosis by Apple authorized service center Maple Digital India Pvt Ltd that Crackling sound in both the ear piece is persisting & is not repairable with their best effort of servicing. The issue now is that Maple is denying to replace ear pieces freely under the Global Notification AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues. & not honoring/respecting the Apple's Notification and demanding from Customer Rs-21920/-.

My device's sound problem issues qualifies all the Criteria of Apple's Global Notification AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues but Apple's authorized Service Centre Maple is not respecting/owning Apple's Order. I have discussed the same with Apple's Officials. Apple Officer will talk to Maple Service center & will inform. But the question is Why Maple is not obeying Apple's global Circular? Why Apple Customer should suffer?

Maple says " as per system your device is not eligible for Quality Program" and not giving any detailed clarification of their 'System'/Documents/Guidelines/SOPs etc and becomes silent & don't respond. I am not able to understand the quote "as per system". Such replies, I have uploaded on Apple's File Uploading Link also for Apple's review.
