Forgot apple id
Forgot apple id so had to make new one n now been logged out of gmail which has all my details of my holiday on
iPhone 13, iOS 15

You would have to set up your gmail account with the new ID. You are basically starting over again if you make a new account. You may instead wish to see if you can remember the old ID.
