Hi community,
I've downloaded a font in two different weights. When I download one, it deactivates the other and vice versa. I've tried the "keep both" option when downloading and adding to Font Book and they do both appear, but one is greyed out and shows as "not active".
How do I fix this so both are active please?

Are you able to keep both active in other places in your Mac? We can test this by booting your Mac up to safe mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode
