Cracked camera failing on iPhone

Hello

I cracked my phone camera over a year ago and it has been completely fine up until this week. The camera has been making a weird vibrating noise and motion. And the screen wont focus I've tried updating the phone, cleaning it and nothings working. My phone is due for an upgrade but the phone providers don't have any in stock. I was wondering if I can have some assistance
