I uploaded some videos from my 4k resolution camcorder to my MacBook Pro, when I try to send the videos out to my iPhone for instance, it’s blurry but looks great on my MacBook. Is there a solution to this or something I’m missing? Mayday! Please help 😩

3840x2160 is 4k
2532‑by‑1170 is the iPhone 12. At best you are going to get a 2/3rds approximation on the length, and half approximation on the height of a true 4k video on your phone. That causes the blurry nature of it.
And then the resolution of the MacBook may be different. if you take the higher resolution and divide it by the lower resolution, you will get the display ratio. The higher the ratio, the more widescreen the video is versus needing black bars on the side. Unless the ratio is the same on each device you will not get the exact same video.
