To start, you'll want to add more specific details to your post. What exactly is not working in the Music app? Is the Music app not loading/showing a blank page when you open it? Are you unable to search the catalog? Are you unable to play music in the catalog? Are you getting some sort of error message? Etc.
Details like these will help the community better understand what exactly you're seeing so members can provide more relevant responses.
In the meantime, a good place to start is to make sure you have the Apple Music service turned on. Go to Settings > Music, and make sure Show Apple Music and Sync Library are turned on.
