Parental restrictions: App Limits doesn't work

Hi together!

I've got a problem with the app restrictions for the iPhone 11 (iOS 16.2) of my son.

The app limitations (time restrictions) and also the time plan is active. But for the game Stumble Guys and the App YouTube it doesn't work. Both apps are still active and can be used. Both apps are not on the whitelist and I also deinstalled Youtube. Nothing worked. Any ideas or tips for me?

Thanks for helping and cheers from Switzerland!
