Can I Delete Notes App

I am running Ventura 13.0.1 on MacBook Pro 16". Can I delete the Notes app permanently? I tried dragging to trash and it does nothing.

macOS preinstalled apps can not be deleted so just ignore it.

Can you stop it from living in the bottom right corner and popping up?

It's installed as an integrated app within MacOS. It's only 29.5 mb in size, so I wouldn't worry about it wasting your drive space.

System Settings, Desktop & Dock, Lower right corner. Disable in Hot Corners

Disable it in Settings > Desktop & Dock > Hot Corners.
