Apple TV 4K losing ARC connection with Sennheiser Ambeo Plus soundbar

My Apple TV box is constantly dripping the hdmi signal to my soundbar. Originally I had it connected via an hdmi switcher (my Sony UHD Blu-ray player works fine connected like this), but tried connecting the Apple TV directly to the soundbar, but still constantly drops out. It makes the Apple TV unwatchable. I saw another thread about this and the “answer” was to adjust picture settings. It seems like the Apple TV box just doesn’t send a strong enough HDMI signal.

I use mine with a Sonos Soundbar and never had an issue nor make any adjustment. Make sure everything is up to date and reboot all devices. If it persists you can reach out to Apple to see what else they can suggest.
