Competition Awards Not Showing Up

For some reason my Competition Awards are not showing up correctly. If I go to the person I competed with it shows my two wins, but in my award it doesn’t show up properly. I’ve done all of the reset and power off steps and it’s been 5 days since the last competition win. Has anyone else experienced this and had it corrected?
