I want to buy a new laptop for trading in with my old one. How do you completely erase the all data in the old laptop after transferred all data from the old laptop to the new one?
Also, does the Genius Bar help me to do all of them at the Apple Store if I bring the old laptop with me to the store when I’m going to buy the new one?
