I keep getting a Cannot Connect message and cannot download or listen to music on my iphone app for music

iPhone music app will not play downloaded playlists or songs offline Hello, I'm having an issue with Apple Music on my iPhone 12 mini. I have the current update (iOS 16.0.2) but this problem was occurring before the update as well. In the music app, downloaded ALBUMS will play offline just fine. However, if I add a PLAYLIST to my library and download it, it will not play when I'm not connected to wifi. It gives the error message "The Internet connection appears to be offline." The same problem occurs when I add/download individual songs. The songs are indicated as being downloaded on the device but will not play offline. Any reason why entire albums will work but playlists or individual songs will not? Any fix for this? Thank you.

Apple music cannot connect to server Some apple music songs on my iPhone 12 won't play. I get "cannot connect to server". The same song will work on my mac and my wife's iPhone 7. It is not all songs and I can't determine any pattern in which song will work or not. I tried getting rid of VPN, uninstalling and reinstalling app and restarting phone. No luck.

Apple Music not playing songs This morning when I was leaving for work I noticed my music was not playing. Whenever I click on a song to play it does nothing. I have restarted my phone multiple times, uninstalled then reinstalled app, updated my phone to iOS 18.2.1 and tried to sign out of my Apple ID and back in. None of these solutions have worked. I’m still unable to play music through Apple Music on my iPhone. PLEASE HELP!!
