I got my air pod pros a little bit ago and haven't had a single problem with them until now, the case constantly says its dead and wont charge the air pods themselves unless they’re connected to a charger

Note: when you plug in the AirPods case to charge, the light comes on for a few seconds, and then goes off, but the case is still charging.
