how to solve airpods pro 1st gen charging issue

My airpods have issue with charging. Firstly I lost my left pair and bought new one. My airpods pro have issue with pair charging probably. When I try using my pods and putting back in the case after use they have issue in charging. When I bought them the apple employee told me open the charging case with both ears in it and wait around 30mins with open screen iphone. I did it. they are in latest version but left ear does not charging after first or second usage. Charging infos are all false. I know they have enough charge in it but they seem like one is full one zero. Or case battery go to dead. Please help me with this issue thanks y'all.
