We took a good look at Apple Trade In- Apple and do not see an address listed.

To make sure you are getting the correct address, you will want to reach out to Apple by going to Apple Store Online - Apple and click on the link Ask a Specialist. They will be able to get you the information you need.

You should contact support and ask for a new label, as they have bar codes on them to track your device and insure you get the credit. If you just write the address on the box, it will most likely get lost somewhere in the process.
