Macbook Pro 2017 not upgrading to Ventura

I went throughthe upgrade process, but although it took about a half hour and restarted, the Ventura version does not show on my laptop.

Ventura not available for my MacBook Pro Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015 It is listed among the models compatible with Ventura. The App Store Ventura Information for Compatibility says "Works on this MacBook Pro". But it will not download Ventura insisting "Your Mac is up to date--macOS Monterey 12.6.1 or gives a pop up message that there isn't a version of Ventura available. I've tried resetting the date and time to the Apple time server, checking Apple's system status page, restarting WiFi, and hiding the macOS from software update using terminal. None of that has worked. Any ideas?

What does show for your macOS...?

Have you upgraded storage from third party ?
