Notifications Design Glitch

I have seen many posts on Reddit about this issue and am amazed at how it hasn’t been fixed yet. When I swipe up to see my notifications the bubbles are sometimes squared off and not shaped properly. I’m on 16.2. When will it be fixed?

Square corners on notifications When unlocking phone and viewing notifications, for a split second the notifications are ‘squared’ rather than the curved corners we are used to - then it resolves itself - it seems to be a glitch when notifications are coming up. It lasts maybe half a second. Seems to be software related. Any ideas if Apple are solving for this glitch?
