The personal hotspot on Iphone intermittenly turns off by itself

How can I fix, that when the personal hotspot on Iphone intermittenly turns off by itself. It's very inconvinient to reconnect every time when it disconnects. I can not live my laptop while there are recordings from the Internet.

Now I really think to change IOS to Android because of only this Huge reason.

Apple should urgently resolve this issue, because many people suffering from that. Look through the Internet, there are a lot of dissatisfied people.
