Comments in get info (command i) missing after files moved to a folder using Adobe Bridge

Sounds like an Adobe Bridge issue...

Comments are extended attributes on the documents in which they are assigned. Using Finder to copy/move files into local drive folders will preserve the comment attribute. Using Adobe Bridge to copy/move files into a local drive folder where the comment attribute is removed would be on Adobe Bridge. Are you using the current version of Adobe Bridge that Adobe recommends for macOS Ventura 13.1?

Your only fallback is to retrieve those comment bearing files from an earlier Time Machine backup using the /Applications/Time Machine app.

Bridge 13.0.2 is now available and according to the Adobe Bridge Support Community, it has turned into a bag of hurt for others, though no current reports of stripping comments from macOS files. Presumably, you are not running a Bridge beta…

The operating system does not store what attribute was on a given file for retrieval after the attribute is removed. Your only recourse would be Time Machine and apparently without that, you have no recourse at all.
