Until recently, I could use "Printers and Scanners" to run scans on my Deskjet 3050 from MacBook Pro. Now with OS 13.1, this no longer works. Is there a way to get it working again?

If you like to scan from the Printers & Scanners System Preferences, the scan button is now "Open Scanner" and is in the popup pane when you click on the device. You can also scan in some apps, including Preview, or directly from Image Capture.

If the button is not there, Go to the printer manufacturer's support website and see if there is an updated driver for the scan function.
