Need duplicate bill

my friend bought my iphone 12 in 2021 from us . I have lost the hard copy of bill because of a robbery happened at my place in india .recently i have audio issue in my phone and i need my invoice to repair it under some program . Please let me know how can i get the bill as the store people are asking for order id or invoice no .. which we don’t have .
