Hi a family member purchased an Apple Watch band for me as a gift while in the US. I live in the Caribbean and when I got it the band is too small. I still have the receipt and I’m traveling to the US in February. Would I be able to get it exchanged?

Apple doesn’t do exchanges. Apple offers 14 days to to return it for a full refund if purchased from them or an authorized reseller.

Past that time, your only option is to sell it privately, and use the money from the sale to buy the size you need.

Phil-124 is correct, if you need a 2nd answer. The band would have to be returned for refund in the original box, within 14 days from date of original purchase. Receipt of not, if you try to return the band after 14 days, Apple will not take it back.
