Apple music cannot connect using family subscription

I was just added to Apple One family shared subscription and apple music is keep saying “cannot connect” error. What can be the problem?

Apple Music Hello i was invited to the apple family and they gave me access to the apple music subscription but i have some "Cannot connect" error and i cant fix it. And for the other people in the family seems to be working just fine.

why isn’t my apple music working if i joined the family subscription i joined family subscription for apple music but when i go on apple music it says can’t connect or i can’t use it or it says i need to start a trial

i have this too i’ve been trying all day for some reason it’s okay on my ipad everything works my on my phone nothing does but everyone else in the family apart from me and my sister
