Can't delete all TM backups of a file on Ventura

Hi,

I have a Time Machine disk with backups of two computers, a Mac mini and an iMac. I no longer use the Mac mini but I want to keep most of the backup.

I want to delete all backups of some files/folders to save space.

In Catalina I could right-click on a file or folder in Time Machine and delete all the backups of that file. In Ventura I can no longer do this - the option isn't there.

I can delete individual backups using tmutil but not individual files from it (if it is possible using tmutil I don't know how).

Any ideas? Thanks.

On the new APFS back up format, you cannot delete individual items only individual snapshots.

I don’t have any of the old format to know if that should be possible, but since they removed the article that talks about removing individual files, I would assume it applies to the old format too.
