How to stop Homepod "Currently Playing" from showing up on Iphone.

We have 3 homepods, my wife listens to music in the bedroom and kitchen homepod. All day the music she is playing shows up on my lock screen. I have searched high and low for a solution, and other than "Disconnect from wifi" or "Remove the homepods from the same network" I have found no solution.

We will move back to Alexa if this problem is not resolved.
