Apps appearing on ipad
Some apps stay on my iPad. Others have to be opened every time thru App Store. Why

Are you running-out of available internal storage? If you are getting short of space, your iPad may temporarily offload Apps to free sufficient space. Offloaded Apps can be reinstalled as and when needed.
You can check your available storage from iPad settings:
Settings > General > iPad Storage
