Hi there myriam110,

It sounds like you're having an issue setting your AirPods Pro for Find My. We understand that you tried all the steps but want to ensure that you tried the steps below? We want to ensure that all possible steps are taken to resolve this.

"How to add your AirPods, Apple Watch, or Beats product to Find My

If your AirPods, Apple Watch, or supported Beats product are paired with your iPhone, they're automatically set up when you turn on Find My iPhone.

To make sure that you can find your devices even if they're powered off or disconnected, check that Find My network is turned on.

Turn on Find My network for AirPods Pro or AirPods Max

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Tap the More Info button  next to your device in the list.
  3. Scroll down to Find My network.
  4. Make sure that Find My network is turned on."

That information and steps can be found here: Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support

If you've followed those steps, you can see if restarting the device you pair with your AirPods Pro may help. Restarting can refresh the software and possibly help resolve unexpected issues. If that is an iPhone device, check out the steps below:

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Those steps, and steps for other iPhone models, can be found here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support If restarting doesn't help, then resetting your AirPods Pro as it will cause your AirPods Pro to have to reconnect to your device and may help resolve this. If needed, this article shows how to do that: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

Take care!
