Apple Watch Ultra Screen Glitching

I recently got the apple watch ultra and noticed that sometime the screen glitches, for example... the first time I closed all 3 rings it showed this swirling sparkling effect and the screen just started flashing green so I could not see the awesome effect, also when i received an award the screen started to show the award then by the time i looked at it the screen blacked out with the word "now" in the top right corner like the award was invisible. Not sure if anyone else has experienced anything like this?? Its only happend twice now in the 3 weeks i have owned the watch.
