Why can't I watch itvx on my Mac?

why can't i watch itvx on my mac it worked perfectly when it was itv hub but since change over i can only watch catch up and not live

I had the same problem and found using google chrome instead of safari solved the problem.

Why can't watch MLB live games on Apple TV even though my software is up to date? Strange that MLB is the only problem I have with watching Apple TV+ content on this older Mac. And that certainly is a B.S. non-error message, and crappy user experience.

cannot stream live tv on itvx on safari on mac m1 cannot stream live tv on itvx on safari on Mac m1 since the latest 16.5a update. Was working fine until update, I can stream itvx programs and films but when I try to stream live tv it doesn't seem to connect says live program has 0mins, and does nothing. I live in uk, so can get the itvx service, I'm not using a vpn either. Any help to resolve this would be great, it has me bamboozled.

You best check into their website and/or support. These are worldwide forums (this one is in the US) and, being all users like you, we aren't privy to their terms in Wales.
