Can I upgrade my iMac from 2011 running on High Sierra 10.13.6 to Catalina 10.15

I am currently running High Sierra 10.13.6 on my iMac and need to upgrade to Catalina 10.15. Is that possible and how can I accomplish that?

A late 2009 through mid 2011 iMac can be upgraded to High Sierra 10.13.6 but no later version.
