How do I get the annoying "New iCloud Terms and Conditions" message to STOP popping up?

My son just fixed my new M2 Macbook Pro from the annoying pop up for icloud terms and conditions. Log totally out of icloud and sign back in. There was an update when I migrated stuff over from my old Macbook to my new one and everything migrated EXCEPT there were new terms and conditions for icloud since the software was installed on my new computer. Logging out and signing back in fixed the pop up...
