Studio Display on all night with my M1 mini - wasting energy
How to have studio display (Thunderbolt3) turn off at night? I have to leave mini on (i.e., I don't log off but lock account) as backups occur overnight and need to remote access when on trips. You would think something this expensive would have an on/off switch to save energy and concern about LED's on all night. Even with screen saver on, it wakes up at night for backup and brightens the room - tough on getting to sleep! My 27 iMac never had this issue. do I have to buy a Tb3 on/off switch? Thanks!
