After updating to Ventura app windows are losing focus. It seems one trigger is clicking in the top left area of the window (mainly window top bar). But there are other random occurrences. My MB Pro is basically rendered useless. WTF?

It is may difficult to see the difference in 2 blow images
With Safari Open but Focus is in the Desktop area where the " I Clicked Here " in Red is showing.
Notice the shading of the Safari Frame is a lighter Grey Colour
Now in 2nd image - same setup but Focus is In the Safari Application
The same Safari Frame has changed slightly

After a bit of testing it now seems that the issue is not connected to a window but to an area on the screen. It happens both on laptop screen and on external monitor. The "dead" area where clicking loses focus is somewhere in the top-left part of the screen. Super-odd.
