I am using a PC to do this and I also do NOT have an IPhone. I am trying to upload my podcast to Apple Podcasts..
Nothing I have tried works. I cannot reach support because I am NOT a Apple user. This is for a PC. I logged successfully into
https://appleid.apple.com/account
So obviously my apple ID works and is verified...
I am ubable to log into apple podcasts connect and again, I cannot email anyone for assistance since it asks for Itunes log in..

Was your Apple ID recently created? If so, has it been fully verified? You should get a verification email from Apple so you should check your email and follow the instruction to verify your email.

Since you are still receiving this error message, also ensure you are following these steps from Create an Apple Podcasts Connect account to fully activate your Apple ID:
1. Create an active Apple ID
Create an Apple ID or use your existing Apple ID. Verify that your Apple ID is fully activated by adding a valid payment method and agreeing to the Apple Media Service Terms and Conditions. Note: You won’t be charged until you make a purchase.
You’ll also need to enable your Apple ID for two-factor authentication.
Since you do not use any Apple products, the 'Add a payment method on your Windows PC or Microsoft Surface' and 'Add a payment method online' sections here show how to add a payment method to your Apple ID: Add a payment method to your Apple ID

Thank you! Finally worked! Had to download iTunes from the Microsoft store, add a payment method. Just submitted my podcast. Waiting on them to approve it.
