I need help to request for a refund

Hi I have been requesting for a refund on a purchase that my son made on January 7, 2023, for the COD Points - Epic Pack - Call of Duty $49.99. His intention was to only purchase one and not two. Please if you could refund us the $49.99, or for one purchase as a one time courtesy. I greatly appreciate your assistance. I am not sure why we were billed for two when we didn't initiate the purchase.
