iPhone 14 Pro - Storage Full - Photos

Apple is aware of the iPhone 14 Pro issue where storage fills due to system data. Since buying my phone about a month ago (2x the storage capacity of my last iPhone), my system data has never once been above 0. Is it possible Apple’s work around was classifying the problematic “system data” as “photos?” I have no more photos on this phone, yet immediately my phone said I had 100 gb more photos. The other day, the phone said I had 178 gb photos. Yesterday, 197 gb. Today, 206 gb AND THEN 211 gb only 30 minutes later. What gives?
