Apple Watch pairing with Hearing aids
Is it possible to stream audio books from my apple watch to my Oticon Hearing aids?

The short answer is no. Oticon hearing aids are MFi (Made For iPhone/iPad). Apple Watch is not an i-device. Apple Watch does support Bluetooth and can connect to a Bluetooth device/headphones and can be used for streaming. Remember that streaming uses a lot of battery power and your Apple Watch has a small battery compared to an iPhone.
