I do not have a junk box or spam. It is not in edit and it is not in my mail box. Is there anywhere else I can look. This is on my iPhone 11 Pro

Presumably you’re talking about email.

The existence of such mailboxes depends completely on your email service provider. We don’t know who that might be.

Bell is the provider. I have two accounts one with bell.net and one with live.com and there is no junk mail in either of them
