Iphone 14 pro back of phone shattered The back of the iphone is shattered, always in protective case. I have AppleCare Plus and support tells me this is not covered for Express Replacement. I do not understand this. They want me to send Iphone in for repair-can anyone be with out the iphone for weeks????

I want to replace my iPhone 14 I have some incurred some damage to my iPhone 14 a small crack on the bottom left side. And a moderate amount of damage to the bottom of the basil.. I have the proper insurance to my Apple Store can I swap out my damaged iPhone 14 for a new one or a reverb?
