Photos Profile picture

This photo keeps showing up as my profile picture in photos. It just seems to appear when I am looking at the activity on my shared albums. This photo is over 10 years old and I can’t even figure out where they are pulling it from. I thought it was deleted. It is me with my ex so I would really like it removed. I have already checked my Apple ID and my messages photo and those are up to date. This is the only place this photo appears. Any tips would be appreciated.
