I have a MacBook Pro version 10.10.5 when I click on the mouse in system preferences, there is no double click option only tracking speed, scrolling, speed, and double click speed. There is nothing to click on the clock, only a bar for speed adjustment.

Hi griot11,

It sounds like you're looking to adjust the click settings for your mouse. If so, for help with you macOS mouse settings, test enabling or disabling the 'Secondary Click' option.

griot11,

Can you let us know which menu is coming up that you’re attempting to disable? We ask this, because it sounds like what you’re seeing is the result of the secondary/right-click, as opposed to a double-click.

Are you using the built-in trackpad or an external mouse?

If an external mouse, does the same issue occur with the built-in trackpad?

Thanks.
