Iphone lock screen customization
My phone is version 16.2, but when I press and hold the lock screen, customization doesn't come out.

If the lock screen was created in iOS15 or earlier then it cannot be customised that way.
Go to Settings, Wallpaper and create a new Lock Screen + Home screen pair, which can then be customised later..
