How can my son have access with his iCloud to my account?

my son has his own iCloud and is using my account
he use my card for purchases, without my permission
how can I delete his iCloud?

His account credentials can't be deleted , you can change your Apple ID password and rest of credentials If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
