Image turning blank in Notes App

Has anyone ever seen something like this in the Notes app. The images I've attached are disappeared while some others remain there. I'm not able to click on it to try to load it back, they've just gone blank and I can't do anything about it. Any tips to possibly save these images? (Btw, this happens on all my apple devices, can't access them either on iCloud.com)

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16
