i cannot download apps
i cannot download apps , they just do the circle spin thing. what do i do?

To me it sounds like you have connectivity issues. Do you have a strong wifi signal?
Considerations:
Do you have the same problem when using a different Wi-Fi network?
Does restarting your device make any change?
Can you download apps normally on another device?
