Unable to download apps
I am unable to download apps from the app store.
it just keeps circling and nothing more is happening. What do i do?

i tried restarting my phone and it started working again.

Thanks for letting us know which iPhone you have. Is it updated to iOS 16? To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update. If prompted to update, please do it.
After that, can you give an example of a couple apps you cannot download?
Which iPhone do you have? What is it’s iOS? that could be the problem.
