Health data App

I want to completely delete “cycle tracking”. Information that does not apply is being gathered under that heading. It’s an irrelevant health area for many women, including me and I want to entirely remove it - not just the erroneous data it’s collecting.

Hi there drmaky,

Welcome to apple Support Communities. We understand you would like to remove Cycle Tracking from the Health app on your iPhone. There are steps to hide it from the view in the Health app.

  1. Open the Health app.
  2. From the Summary page tap Edit in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap All on the right side.
  4. Scroll down to Cycle Tracking.
  5. Make sure all the stars on the right side are empty (unselected).
  6. Tap Done.

If you have an Apple Watch you can also hide the app using the steps under the heading, "How to hide the Cycle Tracking app", that you may find helpful: Track your period with Cycle Tracking - Apple Support

Warm regards.
